Specology Eye Care centre was established at the beginning of 2012 and was completely refurbished at the start of 2014. Our customers enjoy our smart, new facilities while benefiting from the skills our optical staff have built up over decades of experience.

“Hello, my name is Emma Byrne and I am the owner of Specology Eye Care Centre after opening our doors back in January 2012.
Daily, I’m in the practice managing reception, helping with dispensing and looking after customers but I also look after the admin side of running the practice, the paperwork and the accounts.
As the business owner my enjoyment comes from knowing that my patients are happy. My favourite time is when I receive an email or someone pops in to tell me who much they like their new glasses, or how helpful my staff have been. Once someone told me that their eye test with us had saved their sight. That was an incredibly special day for me.”
